BPM & Modeling - Wednesday at 10:10 am. This session will focus on BPMN but will also touch on other modeling techniques and some of the issues faced. 

Process Architecture - We will walk through a range of techniques showing how an organization can move from the strategy level through to a robust set of processes that work together to support that strategy, via a discussion about developing the customer experience. Expect a lively discussion.

We will also do a book signing session (for the BPMN Modeling and Reference Guide).
