List Price

1 Day Course - generally offered as an adjunct to a conference, in which case the conference organizers price will apply
2 Day Courses - $1695 in the US, with special "Early Bird" booking discounts offered (normally up to 6 weeks before the event), then a discounted fee of $1295 will normally apply up to 2 weeks out from the event. Thereafter the full rate will be applied to all bookings.
3 Day Courses - $2195 in the US, with special "Early Bird" booking discounts offered (normally up to 6 weeks before the event), then a discounted fee of $1695 will normally apply up to 2 weeks out from the event. Thereafter the full rate will be applied to all bookings.

Please Note: Rates outside the USA will vary according to local conditions. Invoicing and payment conditions apply - all charges generally invoiced and handled by the local partner.

Event Cancellation Liability: In the event of a cancellation of an event for any reason, liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.

Cancellations and No-shows: Provide written cancellation notice 30 days prior to start of event without penalty. Cancellations after that date are subject to a 25% Service Charge, otherwise delegates who do not attend the event are liable for the full registration fee. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
