BPM Focus Training

The BPMF Learning Framework provides the most comprehensive training program available in the market today. The BPMF Learning Framework delivers broad support to both the organization and the individual change agents within it. The content was developed, licensed from, and is often delivered by some of the best thinkers in BPM.

The framework itself is based on a carefully constructed set of courseware that is designed to cater for differing levels of need and experience. It was fleshed out in conjunction with leading academics with the aim of producing a certifiable range of courseware that links back to university standard educational units.

The core of the BPMF Learning Framework is designed to ensure success for BPM initiatives. Alongside that core element is a series of targeted courses that support the development of individual skill sets. As such, each component of the BPMF Learning Framework is designed to help the BPM Center of Excellence develop the sophistication required to ensure long term BPM success and drive ongoing organizational improvement.

Ensuring BPM Project Success” helps organizations guarantee BPM project success, ensuring they start off on the right foot, with the correct organizational context. Based on an actionable plan, includes a set of tools and a methodology within which to apply them, complemented by a range of best practices to observe and pitfalls to avoid.

This program has recently been significantly updated and refreshed. Effectively, we have merged our own courseware with that of John Jeston of Management by Process creating a better and more rounded program.
